How to Install emms software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

emms software package provides Emacs MultiMedia System, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install emms

emms is installed in your system.

Make ensure the emms package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep emms *

You will get with emms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
